This past week, a project took me down to Newport Beach again. I spent a short time near the harbor and it was just such an inspiration, so gorgeous. I could hardly wait to get started on this week's edition of Condiment from all the fun and fresh ideas and scouting for articles. 

If you're like me and life is often unpredictable and busy, it's hard to make fitness work into the schedule. But from years of being an entrepreneur and executive, I've found a way to make it work no matter what's going on, which I shared in this week's edition.
