Part of the work I do at Condiment means I am constantly checking out and trying lifestyle products of all kinds. It's mostly centered around new, upstart and independent product makers, because we're in such a magical time where more people can create their ideas, cool products, than ever. But, I'm also constantly looking at what bigger, more established corporate brands might be doing, too, because it can all play a part to create amazing experiences.

This in part inspired this week's article on craft and gourmet sodas. I had come across one while out and about, and it instantly made me intrgued to find what others might be out there. What's fun about these new and upstart brands is that they often use unique and interesting flavors and mixes. I wouldn't be surprised to see it become a trend, especially in mixed drinks, in the future.
